Current design projects include a residential kitchen and bath remodel with refurbishing the entire residence in San Mateo, and a large commercial remodel in San Jose, using green and sustainable materials and finishes for both projects. Additional work for private clients includes sourcing antiques, creating design direction, installing artwork, and designing furniture.

Additonal client projects include exterior facade design, interior design and space planning for a small ranch in Texas as well as staging luxury properties in Texas for sale. Kit Golson Design is also designing an historic townhome in the Old Town section of Alexandria, Virginia, helping the client best use the space provided in teh 1880 building and designing furnishings and decor.

Recently completed pro bono projects include The Boys' and Girls' Club of San Mateo, The Boys' and Girls' Club of Daly City, a Womens' Shelter, and Project Headstart in Fremont.

Boys & Girls Club, Daly City, California

three original designs by Kit Golson Design for 4' x 8' murals installed in games room for Boys & Girls club; note cutout shapes on each game "board" designed to draw children into the games. Murals were painted by volunteeers from The Pacific Art League in Palo Alto.

Kit Golson Design's "Tresors de la Mer" for DIFFA's Dining by Design, an Elle Decor magazine sponsored event to raise funding for AIDS research, was featured in recent San Francisco Chronicle article. Please click here to view the article.
